Who publishes this journal

Floating Diamonds owns and funds this journal. We make diamond jewelry and have a commercial interest in the subjects we cover. This is a company publication, not an independent gemological laboratory or an academic research journal.

The byline Floating Diamonds Editorial refers to our company team. Technical articles cite outside sources. They have not been reviewed by an outside scientific expert.

What we cover

We explain laboratory grown diamonds and the technology used in jewelry making. We also write about setting free design and questions that come up when evaluating a finished piece.

Our sources

Technical articles cite primary sources where available. Company history and collection details come from our records and the Arazi family. A source describing an industry process does not establish a result for one of our pieces.

Claims about a stone's quality, certification, environmental performance, or investment value need evidence about that stone. A growth method alone cannot establish any of them. We attribute quotations and use only documented interviews, tests, credentials, and endorsements.

Images

Catalogue renderings show designs. Technical illustrations explain ideas. Neither establishes physical construction or a laboratory result. Captions identify what an image shows.
